✌️ off season, you were fun with no cardio and cheating on the weekends but now it’s time to ramp up the training with hopes of competing again in the spring. Not sure if figure or bikini. But I need more time to lean out because that was my biggest problem. These were taken the night before I competed and the judges said I was too soft and needed more conditioning. I was exhausted doing 90 mins of cardio a day on a ketogenic diet of 1500 calories..this time will be different and I hope I can bring a bigger more conditioned package to the stage!! #mybodyisready #timetogetlean

I’ve done a lot of bullying in my life…all to myself. I have been putting myself and my body down for as long as I can remember. I actually rejoiced when ugg boots and skirts became a thing so that I could wear skirts and not feel like my legs and calves were too big, I always had so much hate for my big legs and the little pouch of fat under my belly button…lifting and bodybuilding has helped me feel better about my body..I LOVE my huge legs now, they are strong and just plain awesome, and that pouch? Yeah I can make it go away but now I’m ok with it in off season, cause no cardio is like seeing Jesus. Learning to love yourself doesn’t make you conceded, it makes you smart. And that is my #TRUTH for the day! 😜
Hittin ya with my first meal pic and recipe; red velvet protein pancake with cream cheese “frosting”…one scoop @cellucor red velvet cake protein, 1/3 C egg whites, 1/2 tbsp baking powder, cook on medium-low heat. Frosting; 2 tbsp 1/3 fat cream cheese, 1 tbsp low fat “butter” (earth balance light is my fav) 1 packet of Splenda, throw that in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir, add on top of that delicious fuckin pancake and die and go to heaven. #pancakeporn
It’s really dawned on me this week that I am on my own in this. No trainer, just me against myself, trying to be better than before. I have been visualizing the changes I want to make to my body every day and trying my hardest to “trust the process” I will be a figure competitor and I WILL earn my pro card in the next two years. I have never been more motivated in my life.

Bit the bullet and bought the public myth leggings I have been wanting for a while….have to admit they are amazing quality which balances out what I consider to be a little expensive for leggings. But I am in love with them. 😍 there goes my next paycheck !!
